About this notice
This notice describes the public Crownfall website and the information involved when you browse, search, or choose to contact support. It does not describe account, game, or payment services that are not currently available.
For privacy questions, use the email address on the contact page.
Browsing the website
You can read public pages without an account. The website does not use analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking integrations. Images and the search index are served with the website; viewing a page does not load a social-media widget.
Loading pages still involves network requests. The hosting service receives technical request information, which can include your IP address, requested address, and browser or connection details. This is distinct from a visitor profile or an analytics account.
Search and browser history
Search runs in your browser against the website’s index. Search terms are not sent to a separate search or analytics provider.
The search text appears in the page address. It can remain in browser history, appear in a shared link, or reach the host when that address is loaded. Do not put passwords or private information into search. You can manage browsing history and cached files through your browser settings.
Cookies and preferences
No optional cookies or tracking services are enabled on this website. Cookie Settings explains the current preferences; there are no optional services to switch on or off. The website does not store an account session or bearer token in browser storage.
If optional integrations are introduced, their purpose and relevant choices will be explained before they are enabled. Infrastructure security features and future account cookies need to be covered when those services are introduced.
Email enquiries
The email link on the contact page opens your email application. It does not submit a website form or create a support ticket. Sending a message shares your sender details, message, and any attachments through your email provider and the recipient’s email service.
Send only what is needed to explain your question. Remove passwords, recovery codes, session cookies, and other people’s private information from messages and screenshots.
Accounts and external services
Account services are currently unavailable. The website does not collect account credentials or provide an account dashboard. Any future account service will need an updated notice describing its data, purposes, recipients, and session handling.
Following the Discord invitation or another external link takes you to a separately operated service. That service handles information under its own privacy policy.
Service details and retention
The operator’s legal contact details, hosting and email providers, processing locations, and retention periods for infrastructure logs and correspondence have not yet been published. This notice does not promise a fixed storage period or automatic deletion. Contact support if these details affect what you choose to send.
Requests and updates
Use the contact page to ask about information you have sent or request access, correction, or deletion. Include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence without including a password.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights and any lawful retention requirements are not replaced by this notice.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date when the website’s information handling changes.
