Website terms

Terms of use

Terms for using the Crownfall public website, including responsible access, content, availability, external services, and future account or payment features.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

What these terms cover

These terms concern the public Crownfall website and the information presented here. Crownfall is an ArcheAge private-server project, independent of the original developer and publisher.

You may browse the public pages for information and personal use. Use the website lawfully and respect the rights and safety of other people. These website terms do not create a game account, reserve a character, or guarantee access to a game server.

Accounts and service access

Account registration, login, recovery, and verification are not currently available. Browsing the website does not establish a website identity or game account.

If account or game services become available, their eligibility requirements and recovery procedures will be presented separately. Do not assume that a website identity automatically provides game access.

Downloads and game information

Launcher and client downloads are not currently offered through this website. If downloads are introduced, use the published release information and installation instructions. A software license can only be granted by a party entitled to grant it.

Game descriptions and images introduce the setting and possible activities; actual game content may differ. Rates, progression, custom changes, and release timing will be shared later.

Responsible use

When using the website or contacting its team:

  • Do not impersonate other people, misrepresent your connection to Crownfall, or attempt to obtain someone else’s credentials.
  • Do not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, or send malicious files or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
  • Report suspected faults or security concerns through the contact channel without exposing private information publicly.

The Crownfall Rules and Code of Conduct apply to official Crownfall services. They cover account responsibility, fair play, community conduct, reports, appeals, and enforcement. An external platform’s own rules also apply when using that platform.

Content and external links

Names, images, text, and marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Displaying material on this website does not transfer ownership to Crownfall or give visitors permission to redistribute protected material. Any reuse must be permitted by the rights holder or applicable law.

External links lead to separately operated services with their own terms. Check the destination before sharing information. Sending feedback does not, by itself, transfer ownership of your work or authorize promotional use of your identity.

Payments and future services

This website has no checkout, paid currency, or virtual-item store and does not accept purchases. There is no payment or refund service to use here.

If paid services are introduced, prices, delivery conditions, the identity of the seller, and applicable purchase and refund terms must be available before payment. Nothing on this website replaces rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Availability and changes

Website content and features may change, and access may be interrupted. No uninterrupted availability or particular game outcome is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these website terms will appear here with an updated date. Review the relevant information before using a newly available service.
