規則與行為準則

Crownfall 的規則與行為準則,涵蓋公平遊戲、社群行為、帳號責任、檢舉、申訴與處分。

以下規則為英文版。

Effective date: 29 July 2026
Last revised: 29 July 2026

Core rule: Play fair. Treat people with respect. Keep real-world conflict out of public game spaces. Never cheat, exploit, threaten, dox, scam, or harass.

Welcome to Crownfall. These rules exist to protect fair play and make Erenor a place where players can compete, cooperate, create rivalries, and enjoy the game without abuse or real-world harm.

These rules apply to all official Crownfall game servers, Discord channels, forums, support systems, events, broadcasts, and other project-operated services. They also apply to content sent through those services, including messages, names, guild identities, links, files, voice chat, reactions, and direct interactions with staff.

This document cannot list every possible form of abuse. Use common sense and follow the purpose as well as the wording of each rule. Staff will consider context, intent, severity, impact, prior history, and cooperation when deciding what action is appropriate.

1. Account responsibility and scope

1.1 You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your account or credentials. If another person uses your account and breaks the rules, the account may still receive the resulting action.

1.2 Use a unique password that you do not use for another game, private server, or website. Crownfall staff will never ask for your password, authentication token, or full payment details.

1.3 Do not sell, trade, lend, or give away accounts. Publicly sharing credentials may result in the account being secured or suspended.

1.4 Access restrictions may apply to accounts, devices, or networks. When a network-level restriction is necessary, other accounts using that network may also lose access. An affected account holder may use the normal appeal process.

1.5 Ban or mute evasion is prohibited. Using alternate accounts, another person’s account, a VPN, or any other method to evade an active action may extend that action to every involved account.

2. Communication and community conduct

2.1 Treat players and staff with respect. Harassment, targeted abuse, stalking, intimidation, discriminatory attacks, hate speech, sexual harassment, and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.

2.2 Threats are never acceptable. Credible or joking threats of real-world violence, self-harm encouragement, swatting, hacking, or harm to the project, its players, or its staff may result in immediate removal.

2.3 Keep public spaces free of explicit or shocking content. Pornographic, grotesque, deliberately inflammatory, malicious, or illegal content and links are prohibited.

2.4 Keep divisive real-world debates out of public game channels. Do not provoke arguments about current politics, wars, religion, race, gender, sexuality, or other real-world flashpoints. Neutral self-expression is not a violation; harassment or deliberate disruption is.

2.5 Use the correct channel and keep public support spaces useful. Server-wide and public support channels should primarily use English unless a channel is designated for another language.

2.6 Do not spam. This includes repeated messages, excessive capitalization, disruptive copy-pastes, mass mentions, reaction spam, soundboard abuse, channel flooding, and repeatedly posting the same recruitment or advertisement.

2.7 Respect blocks, ignores, and requests to stop. Do not use alternate accounts, friends, guild members, reactions, or other channels to bypass them. This applies to communication and direct contact, not rules-compliant in-game competition.

2.8 Do not bait others into breaking the rules or file bad-faith reports in an attempt to have another player punished.

2.9 Avoid deliberate spoilers for newly released films, shows, games, and story content in general channels. Use spoiler formatting and a clear warning when discussion is appropriate.

2.10 Constructive criticism is welcome. Feedback must focus on ideas, systems, and evidence—not personal attacks, threats, harassment, fabricated claims, or campaigns against individual players, guilds, or staff.

2.11 Do not shame a lawful playstyle. Players may prefer PvP, PvE, trade, housing, crafting, roleplay, piracy, family play, guild play, or solo play. Critique mechanics without attacking the people who enjoy them.

2.12 Staff are also bound by conduct standards. Disagreement with a decision does not justify abuse. Report staff misconduct only through a staff-designated private route so it can be reviewed.

3. Privacy, identity, and truthful representation

3.1 Doxxing is prohibited. Do not seek, reveal, threaten to reveal, or encourage others to reveal another person’s private or identifying information. Claimed “jokes” or false doxxing attempts may be treated as genuine threats.

3.2 Do not impersonate staff, bots, system messages, or another player. This includes deceptive names, avatars, formatting, edited images, or statements intended to obtain trust, items, access, or account information.

3.3 Do not misrepresent private or staff communication. Fabricated messages, deceptive edits, misleading crops, or selectively presented material designed to create false conclusions are prohibited. When safe to do so, preserve original message links and full context.

3.4 Never publish passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, private account data, or another person’s personal information. If staff needs account information, provide it only through a staff-designated private route.

3.5 External links must be safe and relevant. Malware, phishing, credential theft, IP loggers, scam sites, or links intended to shock or harm others will result in immediate action.

4. Intended gameplay, PvP, and griefing

Crownfall is an ArcheAge competitive sandbox. Lawful PvP, faction conflict, trade competition, piracy, sieges, property competition, political rivalry, and other intended game systems can create losses and strong emotions. Participating in those systems is not automatically griefing.

The following crosses the line:

4.1 Sustained targeted disruption with no reasonable gameplay purpose, especially when intended to drive a specific player from the game.

4.2 Using exploits, unreachable terrain, collision abuse, or unintended mechanics to attack players who cannot reasonably retaliate.

4.3 Queue or match sabotage, including repeatedly avoiding a queue, entering an arena, instance, or battleground without intending to participate, intentionally throwing, or remaining inactive to disadvantage teammates.

4.4 Harassment disguised as PvP, including following a player across accounts or platforms after they have disengaged and asked for contact to stop.

4.5 Excessively disrupting official events or broadcasts. Normal competition and spontaneous PvP may be part of the event; persistent conduct that prevents the event or broadcast from functioning may result in moderation action.

4.6 No retaliation. Other players breaking the rules never gives you permission to do the same. Disengage when possible and report the incident with complete evidence.

5. Cheats, automation, and unauthorized modifications

5.1 Hacks, bots, scripts, packet manipulation, malicious third-party programs, and unauthorized tools that provide a gameplay advantage are prohibited.

5.2 AFK, unattended, or automated farming is prohibited, even if no third-party program is used. If your character is gaining experience, currency, loot, labor value, progression, or another benefit, you must be present and able to respond to staff within a reasonable time.

5.3 Multiboxing is prohibited. One person may control and actively play only one game client and one character at a time unless a written project policy explicitly grants an exception.

5.4 Do not modify client or game data to change models, textures, sounds, maps, terrain, effects, user-interface behavior, targeting, visibility, mechanics, or other assets unless that specific modification has been explicitly approved by Crownfall.

5.5 Hardware or software assistance must not automate decisions or repeated gameplay actions. Standard accessibility tools may be reviewed case by case; contact support before using anything that could resemble automation.

5.6 Using, distributing, advertising, or configuring prohibited tools for use with the game may be treated as cheating.

6. Bugs, exploits, and unintended progression

6.1 Do not exploit bugs or unintended behavior for profit, progression, combat advantage, disruption, or any other benefit.

6.2 Stop immediately when you discover a possible exploit. Do not reproduce it unless staff explicitly asks you to do so in a controlled test, and do not share instructions with other players.

6.3 Report serious exploits privately. Submit the report and any evidence only through a staff-designated private route. Never post exploit details or reproduction steps in suggestions-and-feedback or any other public channel.

6.4 Do not join in because someone else is exploiting. Report the behavior and preserve screenshots or video; another person’s lack of immediate punishment is not permission.

6.5 Progression-locked or otherwise unobtainable content must be reported. Items, recipes, vendors, quests, systems, or rewards available before their intended release may be removed without compensation.

6.6 Items, currency, or progress gained through an exploit may be removed or rolled back, including gains transferred to another account.

7. Competitive integrity

7.1 Win-trading, match fixing, and arranged losses are prohibited.

7.2 Do not enter competitive content without intending to participate. Deliberately playing to make your team lose, feeding opponents, hiding indefinitely, or coordinating outcomes outside the intended rules may result in suspension.

7.3 Do not attack from unreachable or unintended locations that prevent a reasonable response in PvP or PvE.

7.4 Do not abuse immunity, safe zones, collision, terrain, teleportation, housing, ships, vehicles, or other systems in a way that defeats their intended function.

7.5 Competitive rivalries stay in the game. Real-world threats, doxxing, discriminatory attacks, and sustained cross-platform harassment are never part of legitimate PvP.

8. Economy, trading, and fraud

8.1 Real-money trading (RMT) is prohibited. Do not buy, sell, or exchange accounts, characters, items, currency, land, services, carries, information, or other in-game value for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods or currency from another game or server, or anything else outside Crownfall. Purchases made through a store or payment route explicitly operated or authorized by the project are exempt.

8.2 Trades conducted entirely through intended in-game systems using in-game value are generally allowed. Both sides are responsible for reviewing a trade before accepting it.

8.3 Deliberate trade deception may result in moderation action. This includes last-second substitutions, impersonation, exploit-assisted trades, or falsified staff involvement. Staff may decline to enforce informal multi-step promises that the game cannot verify.

8.4 Do not commit payment fraud or abuse the chargeback process. Contact billing support first about an unrecognized or disputed payment. Stolen payment methods and knowingly false payment claims are prohibited, and relevant accounts may be suspended while the issue is investigated.

8.5 Gambling and player-run casinos are prohibited. This includes deathrolling, wager services, or games of chance involving in-game value.

8.6 Real-world blackmail or coercion is prohibited. Intended in-game piracy, robbery, ransom, and trade pressure are permitted only while they remain within game mechanics and do not become harassment, RMT, or real-world coercion.

8.7 Do not advertise competing private servers or unrelated commercial services on Crownfall services. Players are free to play elsewhere; unsolicited promotion here is not permitted.

9. Names, guilds, and player-created content

9.1 Appropriate names. Names for characters, pets, mounts, ships, guilds, families, houses, items, and other player-created entities must be readable and appropriate.

Prohibited names or content include:

9.2 Slurs, hate-group references, discriminatory attacks, or praise for crimes against humanity.

9.3 Sexually explicit, obscene, graphically violent, defamatory, or deliberately inflammatory content.

9.4 Real-world political campaigning or names intended to provoke real-world conflict.

9.5 Impersonation of staff, official systems, bots, or another player.

9.6 Masked or phonetic spellings intended to evade these rules.

9.7 Unintelligible or near-identical name patterns created to disrupt targeting, reporting, or voice communication.

9.8 Guild and group standards. Guilds and organized groups may not be built around hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or harassing ideologies. An inappropriate name may be changed without notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in additional account or guild action.

10. Discord-specific conduct

10.1 Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

10.2 Follow each channel’s topic, pinned messages, and staff instructions.

10.3 Keep help available for useful game and community questions. Move extended debates or unrelated conversation to the appropriate channel.

10.4 Use adventurers-board for specific, actionable topics. Search before reposting, do not artificially bump posts, and label opinions or unverified claims honestly.

10.5 Use suggestions-and-feedback for public suggestions and feedback only. Do not post account-specific support requests, player reports, exploit details, staff-conduct reports, appeals, passwords, tokens, payment data, private email addresses, or other sensitive information there. Submit sensitive matters only through a staff-designated private route.

10.6 Offensive, hateful, explicit, harassing, or deliberately provocative reactions—including reactions used to provoke real-world political disputes—are treated like messages. Repeated misuse may result in removal of reaction privileges or further moderation.

10.7 Do not use access to this server’s members to send unsolicited advertisements, recruitment spam, or harassment through direct messages.

10.8 In voice channels, avoid disruptive noise, soundboard spam, recording people without required consent, or repeatedly joining to interrupt others.

10.9 Lighthearted memes and copy-pastes are welcome only when appropriate to the channel and not disruptive, deceptive, hateful, or likely to cause false panic about the server.

11. Reports and support requests

11.1 Use help for general questions that do not involve private account details.

11.2 Submit account-specific support requests, player reports, exploit reports, staff-conduct reports, and appeals only through a staff-designated private route. Do not post them in suggestions-and-feedback or any other public channel.

11.3 Submit one request per issue. Do not open duplicates or contact multiple staff members seeking a different answer.

11.4 Be truthful and complete. Knowingly fabricating evidence, deliberately omitting material facts, impersonating another account holder, or lying to staff may result in action.

11.5 Report your own issue. Staff will not discuss private account details with friends, guild members, or other third parties.

11.6 Include relevant character names, dates, approximate times, server or region, a clear description, and original screenshots, videos, or message links when available.

11.7 Do not abuse support to request items, favors, special treatment, or submit knowingly false, retaliatory, or bad-faith reports. Public feedback and suggestions belong in suggestions-and-feedback.

12. Appeals

12.1 Only the affected account holder may appeal an account action.

12.2 An appeal submitted through a staff-designated private route should include the main character name, any account identifier requested by staff, the action being appealed, the relevant date, a clear explanation, and any new evidence.

12.3 Never include your password. Provide an email address or other account-verification information only through a staff-designated private route and only when requested.

12.4 Do not campaign in public channels, ask others to pressure staff, or repeatedly message different team members about the same decision.

12.5 One appeal will be reviewed for each action. A second review is considered only when important new evidence exists or a material factual error is identified.

12.6 Appeal decisions are final after the available review process is complete. Previous actions, honesty, cooperation, and the risk of repeated harm may be considered.

13. Off-platform conduct

Crownfall generally does not moderate ordinary conduct that occurs entirely outside project-operated services. Report it to the platform or community where it occurred.

Staff may act when off-platform conduct directly threatens the safety or integrity of Crownfall, including:

13.1 Credible threats, doxxing, swatting, hacking, or malicious technical attacks against players, staff, or project infrastructure.

13.2 Distribution of cheats, exploits, stolen data, or instructions intended to harm the service.

13.3 RMT, account theft, ban evasion, staff impersonation, or coordinated fraud tied to Crownfall.

13.4 Harassment or unsolicited mass messaging that targets people because they participate in Crownfall.

13.5 Evidence that directly establishes a serious violation committed on an official service.

13.6 Authentic evidence. Submitted evidence must be authentic and should preserve context. Edited or fabricated evidence may itself result in action.

14. Enforcement

Depending on the situation, enforcement may include content removal, a warning, loss of reactions or voice access, a channel mute or timeout, a forced rename, removal of items or currency, rollback of progress, removal from an event, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, guild action, or a device/network restriction.

Staff will normally consider:

14.1 Severity and actual or potential harm.

14.2 Intent, repetition, and prior history.

14.3 Scale of unfair gain or disruption.

14.4 Whether the player reported and stopped an issue promptly.

14.5 Honesty and cooperation during the investigation.

14.6 Attempts to conceal evidence, transfer gains, retaliate, or evade action.

14.7 Immediate permanent action. Some severe violations—including credible threats, doxxing, malicious attacks, serious cheating, large-scale exploitation, account theft, or payment fraud—may result in immediate permanent removal.

14.8 No retaliation or assumed permission. Moderation is reactive and may not occur instantly. The absence of immediate action against another player does not make the behavior acceptable. Do not retaliate; report it.
